Think about it…you can use transparent sticky notes for almost anything. You can plan meals, affirmations, religious text, word of the year, self-care reminders, chores, and more. The sky is truly the limit with transparent sticky notes.

What I love most about transparent sticky notes is that they tend to be inexpensive. Instead of having to buy inserts, notebooks, or new planners, you can increase your planning real estate by using these sticky notes.

If you don’t use transparent sticky notes already, take a few moments to think about all of the different ways you can elevate your planner with this simple and inexpensive item. What would you do if you had more space in your planner? What could you plan? What could you accomplish?

Any paper planner can use them.

In my very humble opinion, bound and coiled planners are some of the most restrictive planner systems. Yes, you can uncoil and change the layout of a coil planner. But have you seen the videos on YouTube?! The process looks so complicated and time consuming! I personally don’t even like to print and hole-punch my own planner inserts. So I definitely don’t have time to uncoil a planner.

The good thing is that regardless of whether you have a bound or coiled planner, you can use transparent sticky notes in your planner system. Do you use something small like a hobinici or pocket planner? No worries at all. Grab some scissors, cut the sticky note in half, and there you have it: more real estate for your planner. Using a coiled planner? Easy. Use your transparent sticky notes to add more real estate to your planning space.

If you’re like me, then you probably tend to shy away from bolder colors in your planner. My half-letter planner is filled with minimal and neutral colors, from highlighters to pens and sticky notes. Transparent sticky notes are no exception! If you want to add a small pop of color to your planner, these transparent sticky notes are the way to go. But you have to get the transparent ones! The light and translucent color adds just enough pizzazz without overwhelming the current color scheme of your planner.

Let me be clear: we already lead incredibly busy lives. I’m not saying this to encourage you to do more. We can only be so productive! However, there are ways to use our time more effectively (instead of dedicating MORE time to a task).

Transparent stick notes are a great way to be strategic with your limited time by helping you use your time more effectively. A great use for transparent sticky notes is sublists. For example, my fiancé and I are currently in the moving process as I write this blog post. Of course, there are various (and numerous) tasks that come with moving. From packing to coordinating movers, changing your address, and more, moving can be a never-ending list of things to do. I made a list of things to do for the move, but I’m also using transparent sticky notes to make a sublist for the things I want to pack (so I don’t have to pack all at once)!

Who doesn’t love an aesthetic planner? And by aesthetic, I mean aesthetic to YOU. What looks beautiful and useful to me just might differ from your tastes. And that’s okay.
