Commercial License Agreement

(“TIM Font”)

Thank you for your interest in the Imani M. Font (“Font”). When you purchase this Font for commercial use, you are subject to the following terms and conditions of this Commercial Use License Agreement:

Commercial Use Defined

The term “commercial use” includes, without limitation, uses that (1) involve an exchange of money or consideration, or (2) promotes a business, product, or service.


Examples of “commercial use” includes using the Imani M. font in (1) a digital product, such as e-book, for sale by you or your company or (2) other physical products, such as planner stickers. These examples are for illustrative purposes only and do not limit the meaning of commercial use.

The Product

When you purchase the Font, you will receive a link to download the Font’s TTF (.ttf) file. This downloadable file can be used on platforms that allow you to import fonts (e.g., Canva, Microsoft Word, etc.).

Attribution/Credit

You are not required to credit The Imani Michelle, LLC when using the Font. However, you are not allowed to falsely represent or otherwise claim the Font as your own.

Types of Commercial Use

The following commercial uses are permitted when purchasing this license:

  • Commercial Use for Physical and Digital Products

  • Commercial Use for Advertisements and Promotion

Impermissible commercial uses include:

  • Website Software Development

  • Video Game Development

  • Desktop Application Development

  • Mobile App Development

Other Important Terms and Conditions

  1. You are not permitted to transfer, amend or modify, make public, sell, resell, give away, share, or otherwise distribute this Font.  

  2. Generally, sub-licensing this Font is not permitted. However, an exception is hereby granted by The Imani Michelle, LLC for social media managers and other similar service providers.

  3. You are not permitted to use the Font in pornographic, fraudulent, immoral, infringing, illegal, harassing, offensive, or defamatory material.

  4. If you use the Font in a manner not permitted under this license, The Imani Michelle, LLC reserves the right to revoke your license by providing prior written notice to the purchaser of the Font using the contact information provided during the “Checkout” process.
