self-care: September Reflection Questions

If you’re like me, you’re probably constantly surprised at how fast time moves if you don’t slow down to appreciate the moment!

Instead of just being shocked and feeling unprepared, I’m sitting down today, September 30, to be still (for once) and practice mindfulness through journaling.

Here are the questions I’m using to reflect on the month of September (and Quarter 3) in honor of the new month and new quarter:

1) Sometimes we don’t realize that we are carrying trauma, disappointment, and other heavy circumstances that weigh us down. What do you need to release to live your best life next month?

2) It's the end of Q3. What went well this quarter? What do you want to change next quarter?

3) What are three things you can do next quarter to help you walk in alignment with your goals?

4) How can you be more intentional with your financial goals next month?

5) We have so much to celebrate. What's one thing you're proud of about yourself? How can you show up for yourself next month?

6) How often did you do something for yourself (alone) last month? What changes do you need to make to have more moments of stillness?

7) Fall is the season of abundance. What does abundance mean for you? What can you do next month to help you live abundantly?
